Our skin goes through several issues at some or the other point of time. Often we find moles, warts, age spots, skin tags and blackheads or breakouts on our skin. These issues are quite common and they can be cured naturally. The skin issues generally arise due to lifestyle habits age and hormonal fluctuations. The good part is that these common issues can be dealt at home with some common ingredients from your kitchen shelf. Let’s take a look at these issues and how you can resolve them with home remedies:
Warts are small bumps and generally occur on skin due to HPV ( Human Papillomavirus ). To get rid of these rub inner part of banana peel on the warts every night for two weeks. Another way is to put a duct tape on the wart for few days and then remove. Buff the area with pumice stone gently to get smooth skin. Another option is to use apple cider vinegar, or garlic or raw honey on the warts. Apply it and wrap the warts. These remedies will remove warts from your skin easily.
Age spots occur naturally due to age factor. To get rid these spots, use lemon juice and Vitamin C serum. Another way is to lighten up these spots by using aloe vera get or onion juice. Simply rub these on the spots and you will see a difference in them.
Skin tags generally occur due to friction of skin against our clothing and they appear as skin sticking out from the actual skin surface. They are normally around eyes, neck and chest. To remove these naturally use tea tree oil. Dab a cotton ball with tea tree oil and apply it on your skin. Cover it with bandage and repeat the process 2 to 3 times a day. Follow this procedure for about one month and you will notice that the extra skin will fall off. Similarly you can also use apple cider vinegar to remove skin tags. Simply dab some of it on the skin every day until it darkens and gets fallen off your surface skin.
Moles can appear on skin from birth and are generally harmless. However it is good to get them examined to rule out cancer. To remove moles it is best advised to get them removed by dermatologist. For a natural cure, rub garlic on the moles, this will lighten them up as garlic contains the enzymes that help in breaking the pigmentation producing cells. You will notice first the moles will lighten up and eventually fall off.
Blackheads are a common problem for people with oily T-zone. They generally accumulate dirt under the skin pores and appear as blackhead on the outer skin. They are mostly on your chin and nose area. One of the best ways to get rid of them is by mixing raw sugar and lemon juice together and scrubbing them with this mixture. After scrubbing you must wash using lukewarm water. You can also steam your face to open clogged pores and remove the blackheads. To closer the open pores, rinse with cold water or apply ice over the affected area.
